Tecture was engaged by the owners to create an economical, yet intelligently designed home to sit adjacent to heritage dwellings and suit a family of 5. Using a neutral colour pallet, the project references the original residence in datums, materials and form. The home is based around liveable and structural functionality – its pavilion forms a result of clever space spanning and structural sensibility.
